Metal wire drawing for conductors, various wire drawing machines adapted for production
Metal raw materials (such as copper, aluminum, etc.) are drawn into fine wires that meet the requirements and used as the conductor part of cables. Drawing machines are divided into various types, such as sliding equal diameter wheel drawing machines, sliding tower wheel drawing machines, etc., to meet the production needs of different specifications and materials
Conductors are twisted into cores, with adjustable twisting pitch and direction to meet diverse needs
Twist multiple conductor wires into one or more conductor cores to enhance the electrical conductivity and mechanical strength of the cable. The twisting pitch and direction can be adjusted as needed to meet the requirements of different cable products.
Qualified finished products are rolled or coiled for shipment
Conduct a voltage withstand test on the insulated conductor to ensure its insulation performance meets the standards. Twist multiple insulated wire cores into cables or add shielding layers as needed. Inject a protective layer of sheath material on the outside of the cable after it has been formed or shielded. Inspect the finished cables, package them in rolls or reels after passing the inspection, and prepare them for delivery.
Requirements for cable storage environment: dry, ventilated, and free of corrosive gases
Cables should be stored in a dry, ventilated, and non corrosive gas environment.
Cable reels should not be placed flat to prevent cable entanglement, loosening, and damage.
During storage, the cables and their accessories should be regularly checked for integrity, and any abnormalities should be promptly addressed.
