Our aluminum overhead cable uses premium electrical aluminum conductors and cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) insulation materials, strictly produced according to international standards to ensure long-term stable operation in outdoor overhead environments.

 

The product features excellent weather resistance and mechanical strength, making it an ideal choice for urban/rural grid upgrades and power construction projects. The rated voltage Uo/U is 0.6/1kV. The maximum rated temperature of cable conductor is 90℃. Cable shall be laid at no less than -20℃. Minimum allowable bending radius of the cable: Cable with an outer diameter.

 

Types of Aerial Cable

 
Bare conductor cables

Bare conductor cables are the simplest form of overhead cables, consisting of bare metal conductors suspended from support structures such as poles or towers. These cables are typically made of aluminum or copper and are used primarily for medium to high-voltage transmission lines.

Insulated conductor cables

Covered conductor cables

Covered conductor cables feature an additional protective covering over the insulated conductors, providing enhanced mechanical and environmental protection. The covering May consist of materials such as pvc, hdpe, or xlpe, depending on the specific application requirements.

High-temperature low-sag (htls) conductors
