1. Conductor: Class 5 Tinned Copper (6mm²)
Material: 99.9% pure electrolytic annealed copper, tinned for corrosion resistance and reduced oxidation at connections.
Structure: 81 strands × 0.30mm (Class 5 flexible, IEC 60228), ensuring high flexibility for easy installation in tight spaces while maintaining optimal conductivity.
DC Resistance: 3.39 Ω/km at 20°C, minimizing power loss and ensuring efficient energy transfer.
Advantage: Tinned copper outperforms bare copper in UV-exposed and humid environments, extending service life to 25+ years.
2. Insulation & Sheath: Double-Layer XLPE (Cross-Linked Polyethylene)
Material: Electron-beam cross-linked XLPE (XLPO), halogen-free, low-smoke, flame-retardant (UL94 V-0).
Insulation Thickness: 0.8–1.0mm; Sheath Thickness: 0.8–1.0mm, providing double protection against mechanical damage, chemicals, and extreme temperatures.
Temperature Range: -40°C to +90°C (continuous); 120°C (max conductor, 20,000hrs); 250°C (short-circuit, ≤5s).
Environmental Resistance: UV-stabilized, ozone-resistant, water/dustproof (IP68), and oil-resistant-withstand prolonged outdoor exposure without aging or degradation.
