PVC Insulated PVC Sheathed Flexible Cable) is a common PVC insulated PVC sheathed flexible cable. It is a multi-core flexible cable and is widely used in power connection or signal transmission in household appliances, small power tools, instruments and other occasions

Structural composition	Conductor: multiple strands of fine copper wire (twisted) - provides conductivity, soft and easy to bend Insulation layer: PVC(polyvinyl chloride) - isolates the conductor to prevent short circuit Filling layer: cotton thread or PVC strip - keeps the cable round and enhances tensile strength Sheath: PVC (polyvinyl chloride) - protects the internal structure, resists wear, moisture and corrosion
