  • JSH Cable Co., Ltd. specializes in R&D and production of PV wires, which comply with international and domestic standards and are suitable for various photovoltaic projects, featuring stable performance, excellent weather resistance and reliability.
  • Its core PV wires include three series: PV1-F (DC 1.8kV, IEC 62930/EN 50618, single/double-core for outdoor use), H1Z2Z2-K (halogen-free low-smoke flame-retardant, IEC standards, for European and high-environmental projects), and UL4703 (North American certified, 1kV AC/1.5kV DC, for US and Canada).
  • Made of Class 5 annealed tinned soft copper conductors and XLPO insulation (withstand -40℃ to +120℃), all products pass 100% pressure and insulation tests. They cover 1×2.5~6mm²/2×2.5~6mm² specifications, with customizable colors and standard packaging. Advantages include super weather resistance, safety, environmental protection, easy construction and complete certifications, supporting global photovoltaic projects.

I. Core Structure (From Inside Out)

1. Conductor Layer

  • Material: High-purity oxygen-free tinned copper strands (Class 6 flexible conductor, purity ≥99.95%), with a tin coating ≥3μm.
  • Structure: Multi-strand twisted, highly flexible, bending radius ≥4 times outer diameter.
  • Function: Low resistance, high conductivity, oxidation and corrosion resistance for stable long-term DC power transmission.

2. Insulation Layer

  • Material: Irradiated cross-linked polyolefin (XLPO/XLPE), low-smoke halogen-free flame retardant.
  • Process: Electron beam irradiation cross-linking for stable molecular structure.
  • Function: Resists high and low temperatures (-40℃~120℃), UV rays, ozone, acid, alkali and salt spray.

3. Sheath Layer

  • Material: Same as insulation layer, irradiated cross-linked polyolefin, mostly black.
  • Process: Double-layer co-extrusion (inner layer for water resistance, outer layer for weather and tear resistance).
  • Function: Mechanical protection, anti-aging, UV resistance, weather resistance, wear resistance and tear resistance.

  • Resists UV, ozone, salt spray, acid and alkali; no aging or cracking in long-term outdoor service.
  • Operating temperature: -40℃~+90℃, continuous conductor temperature up to 120℃, transient resistance to 150℃.

2. Low Loss & High Conductivity

  • High-purity tinned oxygen-free copper with low DC resistance, reducing power loss by about 5% compared to ordinary cables.
  • High current-carrying capacity, suitable for high-current, high-voltage (DC1500V) PV systems.
