Structural layers (from inside to outside)

  • Copper conductor (centermost): High-purity oxygen-free copper, 300mm² large cross-section, high conductivity, low resistance, meeting the needs of high-voltage power transmission with high current and low loss. The conductor adopts a tightly compressed twisted structure to enhance structural stability.
  • Conductor Shielding Layer: Semiconductor material that evenly distributes the electric field on the conductor surface, preventing localized electric field concentration that could lead to insulation breakdown.
  •  Cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) insulation layer: The core insulation component, with a thickness that meets the 35kV voltage resistance requirements, has excellent insulation performance and good heat resistance (long-term operating temperature 90°C). ℃ ), is the "heart" of the high-voltage cable.
  •  Insulating Shield Layer: Semiconductor material, corresponding to the conductor shield layer, evenly distributes the electric field on the surface of the insulating layer, protecting the insulating structure.
  •  Copper Tape / Copper Wire Shielding Layer: A copper shielding structure used for grounding and dissipating induced currents, while also providing electromagnetic shielding to prevent external interference and external electromagnetic effects.
  •  Inner lining layer: A cushioning and protective structure that separates the armor layer from the insulation layer to prevent mechanical damage.
