Product Construction

  • Conductor (): Made of stranded copper (Class 2 or 5). The stranded design enhances flexibility, making installation easier, while copper ensures excellent electrical conductivity and minimal transmission resistance, laying the foundation for efficient power delivery.
  • Insulation Layer (): Adopts cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE). This material has a cross-linked molecular structure, which provides high dielectric strength, good thermal stability, and resistance to aging. It can withstand continuous operation at 90°C and short-term overload at 130°C, effectively isolating conductors and preventing leakage current and short circuits.
